Decent quality, but product fit / form not as pictured

I've been trying to get a hold of customer service to return these shorts because they are absolutely not as pictured. The waist, legs, and hips fit fine but the shorts are super long (go down to mid-thigh like mens' shorts) and there's a lot of extra fabric around the crotch area (also seems like a thing for men and not women). The leather seems to be decent quality, but I will not wear these shorts.
